Data Disclaimer for websites

Seen the unsafe world where we live, in NuMode we came out with the idea to implement a *Data Disclaimer* for our online works. We wonder if this could be the best practice for every website and maybe an help to stear the web in a new direction?

Virtual premises

We have multi monitors and virtual machines but it is a fact that on consumer systems we can’t boot up virtual premises from scratch by bios or any os.

Unstructured data on the go

You have certainly grasped that "AI" is conquering the world.. Well, true or false, nowadays, on the go, all of us are becoming familiar with something "different": the unstructured data is back with ease. In fact, in this mobile world unstructured data functions better than structured data. And we want to talk more about that.

Audio, voice, video, images, maps, etc. on the mobile are all taking the scene. And the situation is getting better and better while the software is continuing to improve.

For our 5plash.org project unstructured data means using ordered images to build galleries describing businesses in a modern and secure fashion. Because on the little screens images result more managiable then text.

Take for example the single page application pattern and the confusion and unmanageability that it takes into the game of today's web interfaces. And, all of us have thought almost one time: "Why I have to lose my fingertips into all of these useless links and textfields?". Second, there is the requirement of simplicity to accomodate the voice passed by mobile social media and messaging apps: does a previewd link requires to load a full website maybe engineered for desktop only?

Let us repeat it: unstructured data on the mobile comes really in handy.

Security at first glance?

A software legal warrenty is not exactly a new idea nor our idea but is taken from Jonhatan Zittrain: "The law should hold PC OSes developers responsible for problems that arise on them".

Today the IT world is so updown that the concept *software warrenty* sounds to us, developers, like "very interesting idea, but the difficulties are so many.. where to start from in its real application?"

In fact, let's say that the true problem is actually we are set updown.. And try to think if on the other end (the business one) an IBM cash counter continuosly reboot by itself or it fails on grocery totals..

So what about if software companies will start to invest millions of buKs (and not bugs) in security for true? What will it change then at the consumer end?

Answer: it will change a lot.
